Working principle
Through the chain conveyor, the material is transported to the crushing bin, and the wood is crushed by the principle of hammer (or blade) hitting the wood. The size of the finished product is controlled by the size of the screen aperture, and a high magnetic magnetic roller is equipped at the end of the discharge conveying. 100% nail removal can be achieved.
Product advantages
1. The feeding roller and chain plate are automatically controlled by frequency conversion, and the operation is safe and simple.
2. The rotation speed of the knife roller of the machine can be changed to meet the different requirements of customers for the discharging granularity and output. The rotor can also be replaced according to the customer's material, using a knife or hammer.
